Performance Reviews - Infographic

Top management still thinks of performance reviews as "time consuming" and employees consider it to be one of the most stressful times of the year.  Nobody finds reviews helpful and none of the organizations improve performance based on the results of performance reviews.  So why do we do them?  Your thoughts...?
